*  If you are not satisfied in any way with the items you purchase, simply notify us with an email and request a Return Authorization number (RAN) within 15 days of the shipping date of your items and you will get full refund (minus all shipping/handling and insurance fees).
*  A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund and exchage. 
*  Refund will be sent out after we receive the returned items in their original condition and include all original documents (item number or shipping list).
*  Return the original envelope along with the returned items.
*  Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable.
*  We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
*  Buyer is responsible for the cost difference of the items exchange and all the related s/h cost.
*  After 15 days of the shipping date, the sale is final and we no longer accept returns and exchanges.
*  In case of refund, we will need to claim our final fee back from eBay. The only way we can do this is that we file an ¡°unpaid item¡±. However, we will choose the reason as ¡°the buyer and seller mutually agree not to complete the transaction¡±. So you will NOT get a strike from eBay.
